(4)Bristol Brass & Clock Co., Forestville, Conn., 30 hours, time and strike, beehive, c1875.
CONDITION:
(1)Mahogany veneered case in an old finish with loss and repairs. Now a paper dial on the Metal pan. Hands are not original. Tablet looks to be original. (2)Refinished rosewood veneered case with minor loss. Now a paper dial on the Metal pan. Hands are original. Mirror tablet is a replacement. (3)Refinished rosewood veneered case with minor loss at the door. Original painted dial is soiled with general paint loss. Hands are original. Tablet original with loss on background. (4)Refinished mahogany veneered case with loss along the bottom edge. Original painted dial has age darkened a little with loss at the mounting pins and the winding arbors. Hands are not original. Tablet looks to be a replacement.
